Site

Total area: 4297 square metres
Accessible via two entrances, the inner bay-like part of the plot is suitable for creating a green area or a car park. There are fences separating the plot from the neighbouring properties.

There are several buildings in the courtyard including a reception, a social building, two office buildings, a warehouse and a workshop (a total of 516.7 square metres). These buildings are equipped with electricity, water, sanitation and gas. Parts of the property are linked to public utilities. Site of the property: inner city.

Cellar

Total area of the cellar system: 3260 square metres
The tunnels have an average width of 5-6 metres and average height of 3-5 metres. The average temperature is a constant 12 degree Celsius all year around. Certain parts allow truck access through roads which connect this underground labyrinth to the public roads. Although it may be hard to believe this half natural, half manmade European rarity is not protected. It is declared neither as a nature conservation area, nor as listed built heritage.

Fortunately the beer brewing technology did not contain any environmentally dangerous elements; therefore there is no need for concern about any hazardous waste. There are no gaps or cracks in the walls. Artificial pillars support the incredible weight of the rocks in some areas. Currently there is only one entrance into the cellar.

One section of the cellar is equipped with tiled tanks, while the other sections are suitable for wooden barrels.
